Self-Pay

Welcome To Our Self-pay Service

if you choose to pay for your own treatment, our self-pay service is designed to help you make the right choice.

When you book your initial consultation, our self-pay team will advise you of the costs for this consultation. Our outpatient consultation fees are fixed, so you will know exactly what you will pay. Once you have seen the consultant and been advised of any treatments you may require, our self-pay advisers will provide you with treatment costs that include the professional fees and hospital charges associated with this.

We are able to offer a fixed price package for many procedures, so you will know exactly what you will pay. If a fixed price is not available, we will provide you with an estimate or price range according to the treatment that is recommended by your specialist. This will include the professional fees for the surgeon and anaesthetist, as well as the hospital charges before the procedure is carried out.

Paying For Your Own Treatment

Access leading specialists and top facilities with our World Class London partner hospitals.

Once you and your specialist have agreed on the treatment plan our patient liaison team will make all the necessary arrangements for your admission and payment.

We can take payment over the telephone by debit or credit card or you can arrange a bank transfer.

If you prefer to pay by personal cheque it is essential that this is received by us at least 10 working days prior to your appointment. Please let us know if you would like to do this.

We Accept All Private Medical Insurance

access world-class treatment for procedures covered by your medical insurance today.

For outpatient consultations or hospital treatments, we have direct settlement processes in place with most insurance companies, so you don’t have to worry about billing and payment. Our specialists have consulting rooms in central London locations and provide treatment at one of our key partner private London hospitals.

Contact our dedicated patient coordinators to help you arrange your treatment with our top specialists.

To access treatment from one of our leading consultants through your private medical insurance (e.g. BUPA, AXA etc.), we just need you to provide details of your insurer including your registration number, level of cover and your authorisation number which your insurer will provide.

As claims processes differ from insurer to insurer, we recommend you first contact your private medical insurance you will need to first to get authorisation for any consultation, treatment or investigation you may require. In most cases, you may need to obtain a referral letter from your GP.

If you require any assistance about your insurance, call our dedicated team of patient coordinators, and they will be delighted to help.

Sponsored

We have a dedicated team, who coordinate sponsored patient appointments and
admissions.

If you are being sponsored by your company or embassy, all we need to arrange your care is a signed ‘letter of guarantee’ from your sponsor authorising payment for your tests or treatment. This letter will outline the scope of a cover being paid for on your behalf e.g. consultations, surgery, or provide a  monetary limit. Your health is our top priority, so we will send our invoices directly to your embassy or sponsoring organisation, so you can focus on getting well. Without a letter of guarantee, you may be asked to settle your own account.

Corporate-sponsored patients

We work with many companies who fund treatment for employees and their families.

If your company is funding your treatment, please contact us to arrange your care. If your company has agreed to cover the cost of your healthcare, you’ll need to provide us with a letter of guarantee authorising payment for your tests or treatment.

Government-sponsored patients

If your government is sponsoring your treatment, please contact us so we can arrange your treatment by one of London’s leading consultants. We accept letters of guarantee from many different embassies and have a lot of experience in managing this process.
